In most cases, Red One will remain on-site on the service provider’s provisioning day until both inbound and outbound calls are successfully made.

Our support package includes assistance with moves, adds, and changes and we can assist with tasks such as setting holiday messages on the IVR, saving voice mail messages to external media, and establishing conference bridges.
